"Pretty good for the price"
I booked through Blinkifly and it was a decent experience overall. The price felt fair and everything went through fine without any real hassle. Support did take a little while to get back to me, but it wasnt a huge deal. Would probably use them again

"Looked cheaper than the others at first, but fees added up"
I booked with blinkifly because the price looked better than what I was seeing on other sites, but once I got to checkout, extra fees started showing up. Then there were even more charges after that, so it didn’t feel like the good deal it seemed to be. Support also took a while to respond, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Compared to other booking sites I’ve used, this one just felt less upfront. I wouldn’t use blinkifly again.

"Support just kind of left me hanging"
I ran into an issue with my booking and tried reaching out to support a couple different times. I was already a bit stressed because I had other stuff going on that week, and this was one of those things I really just needed handled quickly.
I sent an email first and never got a reply, so I tried the chat instead. At first it seemed like someone might help, but then it basically went silent. I kept checking back like maybe I missed a message, but nope, nothing.
After waiting a few days, I ended up figuring it out myself, which was frustrating. Maybe the site works fine when everything goes smoothly, but if you actually need help, my experience was that support was way too slow.

I ran into a little problem and, after seeing the same thing happen a couple times, figured it was worth reaching out. Support got back to me quickly and fixed it without much hassle. Overall, a solid experience.

"Refund process made me lose trust"
I had to keep chasing them over and over just to get my refund, which got really frustrating. It took way longer than it should have, the whole experience made me trust them a lot less.

"Changing my booking was way too slow"
I needed to make a change to my booking and it took support forever to get back to me. The fees also weren’t explained clearly, so I had no idea what I was actually going to be charged. They did eventually sort it out, but the whole thing was frustrating, especially the repeated canned apologies that didn’t really answer my questions.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I used Blinkifly the other day to look at a few flight options, and it was simple to get around. The pages loaded quickly, which I always appreciate because I get impatient with travel sites, and the filters were easy enough to spot. I was mainly just comparing prices, then suddenly checking times, then routes, so it handled my bouncing around well.

The only thing that threw me off a little was that some details felt tucked away, so I had to go back and forth a couple times to find what I wanted. Not a huge deal, just one of those little annoying clicks. Overall though, it worked fine, felt smooth, and I’d probably use it again next time I’m trying to sort out flights.

"Price changed way too much by checkout"
I checked a couple of flights here and the prices already looked higher than what I was seeing on other sites. The annoying part was that by the time I got close to booking, with all the little steps and totals showing up, it seemed even worse. I kept noticing small changes in the fare and fees, and it just didn’t feel worth it. If you’re trying to save money, I’d probably look somewhere else...

"Worked once, but I’d still be careful"
I tried Blinkifly once and, to be fair, everything went through fine. Nothing bad happened and the service did what it was supposed to do. That said, I still felt a bit uneasy about the trust side of things. There wasn’t as much clear info or communication as I would’ve liked, and updates felt a little lacking. I’d just say if you’re thinking about using it, proceed carefully and make sure you’re comfortable before relying on it.

"Okay experience, but responses were a bit slow"
I had a average experience with blinkifly.com. They did answer my questions and the information was clear once they got back to me, but the replies took longer than I expected. I ended up following up once just to get an update. It was not a bad experience, but it was not especially great either. Just decent overall.

"Booking was easy at first and..."
Booking was easy at first and I thought I’d be done in a couple minutes. But this is where it got annoying, once I got to the payment page, it just kept loading and I wasn’t sure if it was processing or stuck. It ended up being more confusing than it needed to be.

"Payment went through, just a bit confusing"
I paid for my booking on blinkifly.com and it was go through, but the page kind of just sat there loading after I put in my card details. For a minute I really wasn’t sure if the payment actually worked or not.
I got the confirmation a few minutes later, so everything turn out fine in the end. I just wish the checkout page was more clear so you don’t have to sit there guessing.

"Really unimpressed with the agent"
The whole interaction left a bad taste. The agent came across as rude and dismissive, like helping me was the last thing they wanted to do. Even if there were some small positives, it’s hard to notice them when the main thing I remember is how little they seemed to care.

"Canceling was way less stressful than I thought"
I had to cancel my booking i was dreading it a bit because I expected it to be a whole stressful mess. But Blinkifly actually made it painless. The support person got back to me quickly and calmly explained what would happen next, which really put me at ease. The refund took a few days, but it came through without any issues. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised, no big drama at all.
